The way to reach us is by email: hello@3d-qr.com.
What to write about
- Bugs: a code that won’t scan, a download that fails, or a page that looks broken on your phone.
- Ideas: a tool you wish existed, or a feature missing from one that does.
- Privacy and ads: questions about the privacy policy or an ad you think breaks the rules.
- Brand and copyright concerns: if you own a logo or name shown on the site and want something changed.
Reporting a bug
It helps to include:
- the page you were on (copy the address from your browser)
- your device and browser, for example “iPhone 14, Safari” or “Windows laptop, Chrome”
- what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead
- a screenshot, if you can
Please don’t send private data
None of the tools need your Wi‑Fi password, contact list or other private information to reproduce a problem. If a code contains something private, describe it instead of sending it, or make a test code with made-up details.
Reporting a scam QR code
We can’t take down scam websites. If you found a fake QR code, report it to the business or council that owns the sign or meter, and to your local fraud reporting service. If you already entered card details, call your bank. The safety checker page lists the warning signs to look for.
